Coaching Evaluation Survey
CCLL is committed to the helping our Managers continue to improve as leaders of our teams. Parent and player input is important in achieving this goal. Through this on-line survey you have the opportunity to "Coach the Coach," and help make our league better. Now that the 2016 is well underway season please take a minute to complete the 2016 Coaching Evalution Survey.
Please Note: All responses will be directed to the League Secretary and Player Agent and kept confidential. Positive and negative feeback will summarized and shared with coaches.
As you proceed, please keep in mind that Managers are volunteers and dedicate significant amounts of personal time and energy to their team and the league; typically, at the sacrifice of family and work circumstances. Managers need positive reinforcement for what they do well, so be sure to include these in your survey responses. And, of course, Managers are not perfect and can benefit from your constructive comments. In all cases, your feedback is deeply appreciated.
The survey will require some identification information from each respondent. This information will be used to ensure integrity of the survey. Respondents may only complete one survey per Manager. However, both parents from a family may respond for a respective Manager as both points of view are important to CCLLL. You may also complete separate surveys for each child participating in the league, unless multiple children have the same Manager; then, only one survey per parent applies.
