2020 Season Refund Options

For our Minor and Rookie Divisions (5, 6, 7, 8, 9 & 10 year olds) we will have four options available for families who have already paid their registration fees but will be unable to participate this year. Carefully read through this page then complete a short form to let us know your refund preference,

  1. We will allow families to request a full refund.

  2. We will allow families to have their 2020 registrations fees rolled forward to cover 2021 registration fees. (NOTE: anyone selecting this option will be considered “PAID IN FULL” for the 2021 season regardless of any increases to the 2021 registration fee)

  3. We will allow families to donate their 2020 registration fees to CCLL.

  4. We will allow families to donate their 2020 registration fees to the Partigianoni Scholarship Fund which will allow future players who cannot afford registration the ability to play Crown City Little League baseball.

*Please note, registration refunds include the total registration fee less applied early bird and/or sibling discounts; amounts not included are membership dues and late payment fees; (credit card and check processing fees are considered a League expense and will not affect refund amount) Because refunds need to be issued by check, please allow between 30 and 90 days for processing & mailing.

As you are considering your options, please keep in mind that CCLL still has significant expenses to cover despite only playing at the Major Division level this season. Additionally, our 2020 revenue will be impacted negatively by the fact that we will not be able to operate our Concession Stand this season nor will we be able to hold our Annual SUNDAY FUNDAY fundraiser. 

*Examples of expenses which still need to be covered: facility rental for clinics that have already taken place, insurance and charter fees which cover not only our Major Division players but also the Rookie and Minor players who participated in clinics this past winter, processing fees paid for our registrations, postage costs for sponsorship requests, refund processing and COVID-19 supply expenses (hand sanitizer, disinfectant sprays, wipes etc…).
