2018 Season Registration Open

Online registration for the 2018 season is open at the regular season rate through Feb. 28, 2018. The complete registration schedule is as follows:
Nov. 1-Dec. 31, 2017: Early Bird Rate - $50 (family discounts apply)
Jan. 1-Feb 28, 2018: Regular Rate -$55 (family discounts apply)
March 1-16, 2018: Late Fee - $65 (No family discounts allowed)
March 17: Registration closed

Cortland Crush to Celebrate CCLL at Annual Hot Stove Event

On Saturday, Jan. 20 at SUNY Cortland's Corey Union, the Cortland Crush will be celebrating Crown City Little League committment to providing a great youth baseball experience to hundreds of local children. Additionally our league President, Steve Woodard will be honored with the Cortland Crush extra Mile Award.

Skills Clinics Start Jan. 21

This winter CCLL will hold skill clinics for players free of charge, run by members and coaches of the areas high school baseball teams and the Cortland Crush. All participants must be registered for Crown City Little League's 2018 season

Fielding/Hitting clinics:

Jan. 21 and March 4, 3-5 pm (all ages)

Pitchers/Catchers clinics:
McDonald Complex
Jan 28: 3-4 pm – ages 8-10 • 4-5 pm – ages 11-12
Feb. 25: 3-4 pm – ages 8-10 • 4-5 pm – ages 11-12

Rookie Clinics:(ages 5-8) 
February 11, 4-5 pm, McDonald Complex (large turf field)
March 31, 2-4 pm, McDonald Complex (large turf field)

New format for 2018 Skills Assessment

On Saturday, March 10, 2018 in SUNY Cortland's Lusk Field House, all players league age 8-12 are required to attend a skills assessment. New in 2018 will be asssessment times by league age (age as of 8/31/18). The breakdown of times are as follows:

Please arrive 5 minutes early to check in and get your number. A brief warmup time will be allowed before each seassion starts.

Assessment is a Little League requirement. The intent is to group players of similar abilities together for the draft. If you are unable to attend at your scheduled time you must notify president Steve Woodard.

CCLL Night at the Binghamton Devils Hockey Game

Join us for Crown City Little League Night with the Devils on Saturday February 24, vs the Lehigh Valley Phantoms at 7:05 PM. ALL CCLL players receive a FREE TICKET! Non-player tickets start at just $17 with $2 going back back to Crown City Little League (Savings of up to $5.50 per ticket).

New Bat Regulations set for 2018

Before purchasing any bats this Spring, please note that as of January 1, 2018, the new USA Baseball Bat Standard will be implemented. Little League-approved baseball bats that are approved for use for the 2017 season will not be acceptable for use in any Little League game or activity beginning in 2018.

Even though you may see tremendous discounts on bats throughout 2017, unless it bares the USABat licensing mark, it will not be permitted for use in 2018.
