Virtual Annual Meeting Postponed to Dec 2; New Board Members Sought

When: Wednesday, Dec. 2, 2020 at 7-8:30 pm

Where: The meeting will be virtually on Zoom. If you wish to attend, please email us and a meeting link will be sent to you.

Who: All coaches, parents, umpires and friends of the league are welcome to attend.

2020 Season Review
During the annual meeting of Crown City Little League, those in attendance will discuss issues related to the 2020 season as well as ways to improve the league for the upcoming season. If you have anything you’d like to share (positive or negative), this open forum will be your opportunity to do so.

2021 Board of Directors Election
We also will elect a board of directors to serve the league for the 2021 season. There are currently two board members who will not be seeking re-election. Anyone interested in running for a board seat is asked to email league president Steve Woodard.

Become a League Member
Please note that this meeting is open to anyone but only those who have paid the $5 membership fee may
participate in voting. Also note that all coaches are required by local rules to be a league member. Information on how to pay the membership fee will be forthcoming.

Spectators Policy

Each player is allowed two spectators or one houshold per family in attendance. You should not be in attendance at any game if you are not one of the allowed spectators or at field for other league business.

Face coverings are suggested but not required unless you are unable to be at least six feet apart.

While bleachers may be used by spectators, physical distancing is expected. This will greatly limit the number of users allowed. Use of the bleachers is at the spectators risk.

Dugouts will not be in use by players. Players will have their own spaces down the first and third base lines and that area will not be available for spectator use. Since all games will be on Key Bank field we encourage people to spread out on the back hill.
